Obama health-care law a huge tax increase

Victory at the Supreme Court for President Barack Obama and Democrats on health care is reopening political divisions within the party over the unpopular law.To Republicans, including presidential candidate Mitt Romney, the Affordable Care Act is a mega tax increase that will be paid by everyone from low income Americans and small businesses to gigantic corporations. Due to new health care law around 12.8 million people start getting health insurance rebate checks in the coming months.
